Our Equity Loan Application is not available online at this time while we revise it to comply with Federal and State banking regulations. You can still apply for an equity loan in person at any of our nine Avidia Bank offices. If you apply in person, please bring:

• A copy of your most recent pay stub (if you are self employed, you will need your last two years tax returns).
• A copy of your most recent mortgage statement(s).
• A copy of your most recent real estate tax bill showing the assessed value of the subject property.
• A copy of your deed.
