Security Notice for All Internet Banking Customers
To protect the security of your Internet banking account, it is extremely important that you DO NOT use your Social Security number as your user ID. If you currently use your Social Security number as your user ID, you must change it immediately. It is also very important that you change your password regularly!
To change your User ID, log onto your account, and select "Customer Service" from the menu at the top of the main Account Overview page. Then choose "Change User ID." When choosing a User ID, you should avoid using things such as telephone numbers, addresses, birth dates and other types of information that may be easily obtained by strangers.
Also, please check to see that your email address is listed correctly. To check or change your email address, log onto the Internet Banking site, go to Customer Service->Change Email Address.
User ID Requirements:
Minimum length is eight characters (Maximum length 32)
Must contain at least 2 alpha and 2 numeric characters
Case sensitive
May NOT contain any of the following special characters: < > , . $ % ^ ( ) [ ] = ? \ ; " ' /
