Object Reference Error

Do you receive an “Object Reference”  error when trying to scan checks for deposit?  If so, your Internet Explorer settings may need to be adjusted. Open Internet Explorer, click “tools” and then select “About Internet Explorer” to determine what version of IE you are using.  Then click the corresponding link below for detailed instructions on how to properly configure these settings.
