Why compliance is no excuse for being dull on social media

Tap into the power of social selling.

I empathize with banks. Most understand the importance of social media but also fear compliance violations. Some try to compromise by posting only company updates or community involvement projects. While they certainly have their place in the content mix, these posts shouldn’t dominate a bank’s social media feed.

MassHousing Awards $696,995 for Affordable Sober Housing to Support Men, Women and Veterans in Recovery

MassHousing has awarded a total of $696,995 in grant funding to help create or modernize 118 affordable sober housing units in 11 communities across Massachusetts. The awarded projects will serve veterans, and men and women in recovery, including women with children.  

South Middlesex Non-Profit Housing Corp., Fitchburg, $75,000  - Grant funds will help create 14 new units of affordable sober SRO housing for men in recovery. Primary financing is being provided by Avidia Bank.

Avidia Bank has been recognized by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for their outstanding performance as the best Massachusetts
Lender to Manufacturers in fiscal year 2018.  Massachusetts was among the leading states in the country for SBA lending in 2018 and Avidia Bank was among the best in the state.

Exhibit ‘A’ teams with Avidia Bank to help United Way of Tri-County

Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Company is releasing a new beer to help feed families this holiday season.  Exhibit ‘A’ is partnering with Avidia Bank to release Liquid Tender on Dec. 1, and $2 from each four pack will be donated to the United Way of Tri-County’s annual Feed-A-Family campaign.  Read the full press release here.
