Avidia Bank is now accepting PPP loan applications in anticipation of the SBA's announcement that it will begin to accept applications from all lenders. The SBA is currently only accepting PPP loan applications from certain designated community lenders, which excludes most financial institutions.
The deadline for submitting a PPP loan application is March 31st, 2021 or when the funds that have been allocated for this program have been exhausted, whichever comes first.
As a reminder, Avidia Bank cannot guarantee any loan requests submitted via the Avidia Bank portal (regardless of when submitted) will receive funding from the SBA and a loan request may not constitute a completed application to the SBA.
Avidia Bank will accept applications from existing business customers and businesses located within the Bank's market area. An existing relationship with Avidia Bank is required or one will need to be established. If you do not yet have a relationship with Avidia Bank and would like to establish one, please submit your interest here and you will be contacted with next steps.
The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is a federal relief program administered by the U.S. Treasury and Small Business Administration (SBA). Please note that future information released by these agencies must be followed by all participating banks, including Avidia Bank, and may affect the guidelines and eligibility for the program. Please visit sba.gov or treasury.gov for more information, including eligibility parameters.
What you need to know to complete the Paycheck Protection Program Application:
The application portal is intuitive and will guide you through the process. You will have the option to save any progress you make and return to the portal to finish your application later, if needed.
Please Note: You will need to enter your Avidia Bank account number as part of the application process in order to be able to submit your application. Please access the application portal through Google Chrome. The portal is not compatible with other browsers.
SBA has mandated that banks be responsible for accepting, reviewing and submitting the PPP loan applications and supporting documentation to the SBA. In order to avoid a conflict of interest, Avidia Bank may provide only limited assistance in completing information or calculating data on your PPP Loan Application. You should check with your accounting, payroll and/or tax professional should you need additional help.
