Our latest tool is Premium Alerts, a FREE service that lets you use emails and text messages to monitor your account activity.

Common alerts include:

  • Card transaction made above a certain dollar threshold.

  • Card not presented during transaction.

  • Out-of-State transaction.

  • Fraud suspected for that transaction.

Internet Bill Payment

Our FREE Internet Bill Pay Service makes paying your bills easier than ever. 
The reasons are clear:

  • Bill Pay saves you money because you don't have to purchase checks, envelopes or stamps and it is completely FREE to use.

  • Bill Pay saves you time because, once you set up your payments, you are just a click away from paying your bills which means no trips to the bank or the Post Office. You get an email when you receive a bill, then go online to pay it. You can even choose to have it paid automatically!

Alerts are a great way to increase the security of your accounts while giving you even more control over your finances.

Bill Presentment

Bill Presentment protects you from identity theft. Bill Presentment lets you receive your bills electronically, so identity thieves can't steal them from your mailbox.

External Funds Transfer

External Funds Transfer is an Internet Banking feature that lets you transfer funds between your Avidia accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions. External transfers are easy, safe and secure, and yet another way that Avidia Internet Banking gives you the power to manage your money with the greatest convenience.   

Maximum daily limit for external funds transfer: $2,500.00

Maximum monthly limit for external funds transfer: $5,000.00

EZ Deposit

EZ Deposit - Deposit Checks Using a Scanner!

Now Internet Banking customers can deposit checks from home or office. All you need is a scanner, computer, and Internet connection. If you have a Checking, Savings or Money Market Account and are enrolled in Internet Banking, you are now just a scan and a click away from depositing your checks. It's that EZ! Enrolling in EZ Deposit

To begin using EZ Deposit, you must first enroll. Here’s how:

  • Log into Internet Banking
  • Select, “Start making online check deposits” under the "Accounts" menu tab.
  • We will process your request and provide an e-mail confirmation with instructions how to access EZ Deposit

Once access is provided, you must accept the EZ Deposit Terms and Conditions. Here’s how:

  • Log into Internet Banking
  • Select, “Make an online check deposit” under the "Accounts" menu tab.
  • Accept the EZ Deposit Terms and Conditions
  • Begin using EZ Deposit

Recommended Requirements

  • Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3
  • MAC OS X 10.5 with Safari 3.1 or Firefox 3
  • TWAIN compliant scanner

Making an EZ Deposit

  1. After accepting the EZ Deposit Terms and Conditions, you may begin using EZ Deposit. Here’s how:
  2. Endorse the check with your signature as well as “For Deposit Only”
  3. Log into Internet Banking, and then select “Make an online check deposit”
  4. Select “Make a Deposit”
  5. Choose the account you would like to make a deposit into
  6. Enter the amount of the deposit
  7. Scan the Front and Back of the check separately
  8. Review your deposit and Submit
  9. Repeat this process for additional deposit items

E-Mail Confirmation

After completing your EZ Deposit, Avidia Bank will provide the following e-mail confirmations:

  • Receipt – EZ deposit successfully received
  • Approval – EZ Deposit has been approved and processed
  • Declined – EZ Deposit declined due to discrepancies

Once you have received an Approval Confirmation, you must write Processed on the back of your check. Please store your deposited items in a safe place for 45 days and then destroy them.

People Pay

People Pay is a fast and easy way to send/receive money online through your Internet Banking account or the Avidia Mobile app with Avidia Bank. With People Pay, you can send money to anyone: A family member. Reimburse a friend. Pay your daycare provider. Pay your landlord. Anyone.

When you initiate a payment through, you will need the name and email address or mobile phone number of the person who is receiving the payment. Once a payment is initiated, that contact will receive an email or text message containing a link that brings them to the encrypted website where they will enter their email address or mobile phone number and confirmation number. After the initial logon, he or she will enter their own account information. Once they complete this step, the payment will process directly into their checking or savings account. (Which ever account they designate to receive the payment)

Once you process a payment for a contact, it will remain in your People Pay site for future use. You can edit or delete contacts at any time.

This is a safe and easy way to send money to others when writing a check is not an option or you want an easier option!

Online Documents

Now, have account statements, account notices and tax forms sent to you through your Internet Banking. Our new Online Documents feature provides you with a safe & secure way to receive these documents and eliminates the risk of this information in your mailbox for identity thieves to find. You will also receive these documents as soon as they are produced and you no longer have to wait for them to be mailed. It's a win/win!

Online Documents available are:

  • Account Statements: checking, savings, credit card, loan and Money Market.
  • Account Notices: CD maturity & renewals, interest rate changes and account overdrafts.
  • Tax Forms: Forms 1098, 1099 and 5498

How can I enroll?

Once you are signed into your Internet Banking account, go to the Accounts tab and click on "Online Documents." From there you click on the link "Change your document delivery methods" at the bottom of the page and you can then change the delivery method drop down for each account from "paper" to "online."  When you have a received a new Online Document, you will receive an email notification to the email address you have on file with us.
