Avidia Teams Up with Patrice Bergeron to Support Youth Hockey
Hudson, MA (January 26, 2022) Avidia Bank announced today it has partnered with professional hockey player, Patrice Bergeron, for its Assists for Kids program to support youth hockey. As part of the program, Avidia will donate $25 for each assist made by Patrice and his teammates throughout the season and playoffs, up to $30,000, to support local youth hockey. Additionally, through generous donations from Patrice’s pals, another $7,000 will be provided to support MetroWest Youth Hockey.
Now in its third year, Assists for Kids was custom developed in collaboration with Boston sports station, 98.5 The Sports Hub, to help meet Avidia’s goal to give back to local youth.

In addition to Assists for Kids, Avidia has also partnered with The Sports Hub and professional football player, J.C. Jackson, for its “Be A Champion For A Child”, which supports the Boys & Girls Club of MetroWest by donating up to $30,000 to the club every football season to provide youth development, education, prevention, social, athletic and recreation programs to at-risk youth.
