We wanted to reach out with a quick check-in. These past few days and weeks have been confusing, overwhelming and exhausting to say the least. Our worlds are constantly changing. But, at the same time, we continue to see hope and positivity shine through. Neighbors helping neighbors and communities rising to shop and eat local, keeping our favorite shops and restaurants going.

One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to you. Our Retail Banking team is 80 members strong and ready to serve you. No matter what our bank title is, we are all personal bankers. So whether you’re a person or business, choose to do your banking on-line or real-time at one of our branches, know that there is a person ready to serve you. Because all banking is personal. Here is a quick reminder on ways to reach us:

  • Visit your local branch for drive-up services
  • Call your branch directly or reach our Customer Care team at 1-800-508-2265
  • Email our online branch using this webform here

We also have convenient self-service tools to help you manage your banking as you continue to take on the world. Sign in to online banking or use the Avidia Mobile App to do a variety of transactions, such as:

  • Check balances and view recent transactions
  • Deposit checks and make transfers
  • Make bill payments
  • View or download monthly statements
  • Send money to people using PeoplePay
